2048 Management LLC is a licensed Florida roofing contractor working out of Pompano Beach and covering the tri-county area. We have been putting roofs on South Florida buildings since 1982, which means we have worked through every named storm this coast has thrown at us in that time.
That history shapes how we work. We have seen what fails here, and it is rarely the roof covering itself. It is the underlayment, the flashing detail, the fastener that was not rated for salt air. So that is where we concentrate.
The company is led by Ryan Chambers, who remains the point of contact for escalations and is the authorised representative on all our regulatory and carrier registrations.
